Creative Marketing Coordinator

Summary

The Company’s Creative Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Product Marketing Coordinator, agencies, partners, and the Senior Director of Marketing to ensure delivery of marketing print and digital deliverables for internal and partner usage. This role will be responsible for creating and managing the deliverables to the schedule and will work closely with internal and external sales and marketing team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Product Launch and Inbox Material – Will collaborate with product management and marketing to create deliverables for each product launch.
  • Partner Material – Work closely with partners to create new or variant material for their usage.
  • Tradeshow Material – Will partner with product marketing, sales, and partners to create booth art, pop-ups, and new or variant material for each show.
  • Creative Scheduling – Collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing to prioritize, set, and manage multiple projects be delivered, adapting to new requests and priorities.

Other Responsibilities

  • Diagrams and Logos – Collaborate with product team, marketing, and agency to create deliverables for base shared imagery.
  • Video Projects – Will collaborate with product management, support, and marketing to create videos for each product launch.
  • Digital Media – Create web pages, banners, marketing emails, and social media for campaigns, product launches, and daily social media.
  • Photography and Imagery – Will collaborate with Program Management, Product Management, and Marketing to create product and marketing imagery for.
  • Asset Management – Working closely with team to maintain creative assets for internal and external usage.
  • General – Support or lead marketing projects as they are requested.

Skills & Abilities

  • Must be able to adapt to new technologies, applications, processes, and turn team feedback into effective designs.
  • Must have strong experience in leading graphic design, drawing in Adobe Illustrator, photo manipulation in Adobe Photoshop, layout in Adobe InDesign, Sketch UX design tools, WordPress web design, video creation with YouTube management, and typography and have a background in print and digital art production.
  • Must be well organized, ability to multi-task/balance multiple projects, adaptable, strong file management, and production experience, and demonstrate track record of meeting / exceeding deadlines.
  • Possess a portfolio that demonstrates understanding of typography, layout, and the ability to keep the integrity of an original design concept.
  • Deadline-oriented, flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
  • Time management and capability to ensure that business goals are timely met

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred

Work Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in creating Product Marketing Deliverables
  • Proven experience with Microsoft suite, SharePoint, WordPress, Sketch, Adobe Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design industry standard tools.
  • General knowledge of product marketing deliverables
  • Proven experience of digital and pre-press prints deliverables
