Electronics Assembly/Rework Technician (San Diego, CA — Part Time)
The Assembly/Rework Technician will work closely with members of the electrical hardware development team to assemble/disassemble hardware prototypes and implement/track engineering change orders on program printed circuit assemblies. The position reports to the Director of Hardware. This position is a temporary position, 4-8 weeks, 20-40 hours per week, morning shifts are required.

RF Hardware Intern (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
Successful internship candidates will join our RF hardware design team to perform RF circuit design and design verification testing on various products tested to 3GPP radio requirements.
RF Hardware Engineer (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
As a key member of our Hardware Development Team, the RF HW Engineer will design and develop board level RF systems covering the 5GHz U-NII band as well as cellular systems (WCDMA and LTE).
RF Technician III (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
The RF Technician III will perform circuit-level RF impedance matching, RF testing, debugging, and RF/power characterization of Nextivity hardware. The RF Technician will read circuit schematics/assembly drawings and document engineering change orders (ECOs). This position will involve unit mechanical assembly, light soldering, unit calibration and unit automated design verification (DVT) testing/results plotting.
RF Test Automation Engineer (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
The Automation Test Engineer will support the development, testing, and production of Cel-Fi products. The Engineer will be required to design, develop, and implement testing methods by modifying existing Labview test software. Duties will also include calibration parameter and test limit modifications to improve unit performance and production yield. Ability to perform electrical unit debug and failure analysis is desirable. The Test Engineer will be responsible for calibration and operation of Nextivity’s Labview based production, burn-in, and automated test systems. Test data will be plotted and presented, including interpretation of test results. Test scripts will be created and modified. The Engineer must have a qualitative understanding of RF shielding/interference and RF parametric tests such as EVM, Noise Figure, Spurious Emissions. Understanding of Spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and RF path loss calibration is required. Fluency with MS Excel (pivot chart plotting) is necessary. Light mechanical assembly work required.

Nextivity is searching for a strong mobile app developer who welcomes both engineering and maintenance tasks. The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with unit and integration tests. This is a one-year temporary position.

Nextivity is searching for an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to contribute to our growth and help us increase the value of our channel relationships. The ideal candidate will foster positive relationships with existing channels partners at all levels and seek out new channel partner opportunities to drive growth. In collaboration with the marketing team and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will work with Nextivity key partners to execute cooperative marketing campaigns that maximize MDF return and ensure the entire partner community has access to needed training and marketing materials. Graphic Designer (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
Nextivity is searching for an experienced graphic designer to join our busy Marketing team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for the production, quality, and timely delivery of key public-facing value-add visual assets across Nextivity and in support of our channel partners. In addition, the Graphic Designer will create, maintain, and help distribute brand-aligned designs and templates across the organization. The successful candidate will work with all aspects of our visual identity and report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Senior Visual Designer (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
Nextivity is searching for a highly skilled and experienced visual designer to contribute to our growth and help us communicate our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive the visual identity of the Nextivity brand forward and will play an important role in shaping the future of the Nextivity brand across the globe. In collaboration with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will develop and execute a creative strategy to communicate and elevate the Nextivity brand across a range of digital media including web, video/motion graphics, PowerPoint, interactive, and social. Manager, Channel Management, NA Distribution (San Diego, CA — Full Time)
The Manager, Channel Management, NA Distribution will report directly to the VP of Sales – Americas and work from Nextivity’s headquarters in San Diego, CA. They will leverage their understanding of multi-tiered sales channels and Nextivity’s Cel-Fi products to support our largest distribution partners in North America.
Regional Sales Director, Northeast (Maryland/DC or North — Full Time)
The Regional Sales Director (RSD), Northeast will be responsible for the sale of Nextivity products into Nextivity reseller partners in the northeast region (Maryland, D.C., Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine) with emphasis on revenue achievement and channel partner development. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying B2B sales verticals, the creation of a business case for each candidate category, the selection of partners and for closing and managing sales to these partners. Additionally, this role will carry a sales quota and be expected to expand sales opportunities throughout the region.
Solutions Architect OPAC 2.0 (Melbourne, Australia — Full Time)
The Solutions Architect will partner with the in-region sales teams to support sales, testing, and ongoing use of Nextivity’s Cel-Fi indoor coverage products. The goal for this position it to help drive sales and service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer orders and increases profitability.
