ADDCOM today announced the launch of ADDCOM Wave, a new remote monitoring tool for Cel-Fi products. ADDCOM Wave enables organization to track the performance of Cel-Fi repeaters that have been deployed to address the issue of poor in-building cellular coverage. ADDCOM has customized and integrated with Nextivity’s Cel-FI WAVE Management Portal, adding new features to better serve their client base.
The ADDCOM remote monitoring (ARM) system receives data from Cel-Fi repeaters every 30 seconds, providing real-time information about the device, including live signal readings, location data, and alerts when the repeater is offline or producing a weak signal. Alerts are automatically sent should the device deviate from set parameters and a remote connection is enabled to ensure the rapid resolution of any issues. All within a clean, clear and responsive web application.
The ADDCOM Wave remote monitoring tool is available in Australia and internationally.
It is particularly useful for carriers or integrators that want to bundle the software with a fully maintained managed services program or to offer a quick response program for mission-critical clients. Resellers and integrators can significantly reduce the cost and lead-time from the identification of a problem to resolution. Likewise, end-users with a geographically diverse deployment of a Cel-Fi repeater can easily monitor live and historical performance.
The ARM system is hosted on AWS and built to the highest enterprise/government security standards and to the ISO27001 standard. It has been designed to handle thousands of simultaneous connections and enables users to search on historical performance. Whether it is performance over an hour, day, week, or month, this information is available for users that require a deep dive into the live and historical performance of Cel-Fi devices.
“Our clients require a maintenance solution that is affordable and quickly alerts our support team of issues with repeaters deployed across the country. Our software developers and engineers have developed this tool to further enhance the Cel-Fi experience,” said Craig Alvarez, CEO of ADDCOM.
ADDCOM has serviced Australia’s largest organisations for over 20 years and is committed to remaining at the forefront of the industry by bringing new solutions that improve service and reduce cost. As part of the ADDCOM Wave suite of solutions, this product comes with a commitment to quality, service, and reliability.
“ADDCOM has been a trusted integration partner for Nextivity across a wide range of deployments. The development of this remote monitoring tool leverages our enterprise grade, SOC2 compliant WAVE cloud based management system and positions ADDCOM to offer an enhanced post-installation service,” said Dr. Michiel Lotter, CTO of Nextivity.
